The Study of Fine Arts focuses on action steps that require more creativity, and out of the box thinking. This is where we start to make the connections between the left (logical) brain and the right (creative, and emotional) brain for fulfilling, all encompassing self-exploration, and life.

These action steps are created to help you let go of your fears, perfectionism, and resistances and move into a place of confidence, self-compassion and freedom. Fine arts engage and inspire us to tap into and express ourselves in a deeper and more meaningful way.

This is a fantastic Area of Study if you are looking to really stretch yourself, and try new skills and talents. It is perfect for those of you who enjoyed art, music, and literature in the past, but lost sight of that part of you.

Color, music, movement, and literature are key components to healing and growth. Even those without natural talent in these areas can benefit from adding them into their life: 1) by trying it through practical application or 2) by utilizing the works of others in your everyday life.
